PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Program Coordinator  (CHA) Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance, WBD, UN/FA), JICA & USA funded program.  Kabul, Afghanistan

  • Overall coordination of emergency livelihood, emergency food security and emergency resilience projects with donors, provincial managers/focal points and governmental entities in Kandahar, Farah and Badghis provinces.
  • Auditing the provincial managers on their budgets, spending, and compliance. HR tracking and hiring of project support staff.
  • Developing workplans and its regular follow up with provincial Project Manager, insuring deadlines are met.
  • Assisting Program Manager in managing technical, administrative, and financial related activities of program with planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all on going projects in provinces.

  • Assist Senior Program Officer in managing technical, administrative, and financial related activities of Culture Unit in terms of planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of all ongoing regular and extra budgetary programs.

  • Baseline survey, feasibility study and collection of agricultural, socioeconomic and water management data & it’s analysis for PARBSP project.
  • Community development & working closed with CDCs & DDAs concerning project activities in Badakhshan province. 
  • Design field level irrigation agronomic packages to improve crop production and productivity in the selected schemes of the project.
  • Establishment of wheat, rice and vegetable demonstration plots in the project site to increase agricultural production and productivity.
